Elevate Your Career with the Ritz-Carlton Training Program
Michal Ben-Dror from Israel, completed her Postgraduate Diploma in June 2012 and through her fantastic performance on internship in Barcelona, was offered a place on the Ritz Carlton management-training program in Shenzhen, China.
This is a fantastic career step for Michal who says that, "I never imagined that I would live in China." Working in the rooms division, Michal is developing her managerial skills, taking on supervisory responsibilities and already sees that, "with a company like the Ritz-Carlton, your options are unlimited."
Reflecting on her time at the Hotel Institute Montreux, Michal says "the studies at HIM gave me the platform to enter the hospitality industry. It provided me with the right tools to get started."
